Why Patience is Required for SEO Campaign?

Unfortunately we live in an impatience world where everyone wishes to see overnight results but in reality things doesn’t happen like this. Specially if talk about SEO then surely it testifies your patience but customers think once they have started SEO campaign, they will get their dream targets within days or weeks, accomplishing top position in rankings and getting a huge pile of web traffic towards their website. This is absolutely wrong mindset, it’s not that much simple.

The problem with this mindset is; you will go for any means or sources to see immediate results in temptation of achieving high ranks and getting ahead of competitor, without taking into account the legality of practices adopted. Often SEO companies get benefit of these temptations and claim 1st page ranking within weeks but they adopt blacklisted SEO techniques to doge search engine for getting ranks. It may involve low quality links, duplicate or thin content and over optimized web pages. Results achieved through this black hat SEO are purely temporary because Google and all other search engines have smart algorithmic checks that keep on an eye to filter out these unapproved and unnatural activities.

If your website gets caught for using any forbidden technique for getting higher position, your site will receive serious penalty either manual or algorithmic, losing ranking. It may also result in permanent ban on your site by Google depending upon the intensity of your illegal practices. Therefore never go for short term solutions rather focus on natural SEO techniques and grow gradually towards your destination. It demands a lot of patience, it may take months but once your site gets listed on 1st page it will stay there because Google values your patience and efforts.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) can be adopted as a part of SEO strategy to attain quick results but the fact is visitors prefer organic results over paid advertisements. Research shows that more than 80% visitors go for organic results. So, the bottom line is; show patience, use Google Webmaster’s approved SEO strategy, engage users with informative & quality content and get long lasting impact on Google ranking.
